Are you ready for something very different?

FREE WEBINAR: SUPPORTING THE ENQUIRING MIND

16th October 2024 @ 2030 BST

Warning: this webinar is not like 99% of other discussions that you will come across.

There is a cartoon with two men passing each other on the road.  One man looks completely shocked, eyes popping out of his head, hair standing on end. There is a signpost next to them which shows the direction the man is returning from.  It smply says 'The Truth'.

We've spent our lives struggling to get what we think we need, whatever it is, to feel secure, whole, valid and good.

The truth is, this can never be fulfilled.

The reason for this truth and the implications of this truth, when actually explored, are truly shocking.

Our webinar on 16th October is an introduction to the ground-breaking and ancient truth that peace will never be found in trying to control the mind, emotions, experience, events or other people. Peace is found in the recognition of what we are before the creations of the mind.

And the irony is that the clearer this becomes - the greater freedom is experienced with the mind, emotions, experiences, events and other people.

How will the Webinar support me?

we are love

This Webinar is an introduction to a life-changing recognition of what is true and what is not true.

We will look in the clearest way possible at:

Why we suffer

Why we feel lacking

Why we feel out of control

We will look at:

Why reality is never what it appears to be

Why the self-identity is never what it appears to be

How the recognition of those facts changes the whole purpose of being alive.

I will talk about these points for 20-30 minutes and the rest of the time we address any questions that they raise for the participants.

What this exploration brings its participants

  • A greater capacity to experience 'negative' emotion and discomfort with less and less need for numbing or distracting
  • An inner check on the stories we tell ourselves and a stronger move towards truth, honesty and integrity
  • Less inclination to blame others or to take on the role of victim in our lives
  • A willingness to explore what is actually true about aspects of life that were previously too confronting, scary or risky for a vulnerable identity
  • A recognition of the creative role of perception in how reality is experienced

Hello, my name is Clare.

I run on-line programmes and write books about reality, the self, behaviour and freedom from suffering.

I spent decades trying to find a way to get rid of the ever-present sense of lack. I was desperate to build up my self-esteem and confidence. I read every self-help book going, went on every course, got every qualification - psychology, yoga, meditation, Neuroscience-Linguistic Programming, mindfulness, communication... You name it, I've done it. All in the service of securing the 'I', Clare, me.

What I can see now is that my mind was gripped by an obsession with how I saw myself and how I thought others saw me and the conviction that if I could actually control this then I would be free, happy and peaceful. This obsession came from a belief system based around a core of an insecure, lacking, wrong and shameful identity that had to somehow be stabilised.

Now, in all of my courses and all of my books, we explore how this quest to stabilise a vulnerable identity is the source of all suffering. We look at how the mind makes the shift from an unfulfillable obsession to living as the infinite intelligence, presence, life and love that we really are.
