What is HOME?
HOME is my flagship programme. It is the most robust, thorough and practical exploration of what we are that I could possibly conceive. I wanted to finally create a programme that simultaneously acknowledges that we are home already, that there is nowhere to get to while helping (without bypass or denial) to exit the torture of believing otherwise.
I am calling this programme ‘practical spirituality’ because it is all very well being peace, love, infinite potential, pure being… but if your life is a daily grind of believing otherwise the suffering can be intense and destructive. How can understanding of what we are align with the truth? This programme seeks to provide real world answers to that question.
Over the course of the two months we will look at six ways of understanding our truth, what is it, how can it be recognised and known, what takes the mind away from that truth and what settles it into the truth. Each section will have its own universal subliminal recording to amplify the resonance of it within the mind, body and experience.
